Section 80
If there is no legal practitioner, there will be no trial and no edge
(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the Juvenile Court shall not proceed and dispose of such case unless a legal practitioner is appointed to defend him in the charge of criminal act brought against him.
(2) In the event that a legal practitioner is not appointed on behalf of children accused of criminal acts, the concerned juvenile court shall make arrangements to provide the services of a paid legal practitioner or any other interested legal practitioner.
